This Refund & Return Policy describes how returns, refunds, and subscription-related charges are handled by Far Rainbow LLC (doing business as “KneeFlex Insights”).
1. Physical Product Returns
You may request a return of physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in reasonable condition.
- You must contact us before sending any product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
2. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Trial Charges
If your order includes a trial offer, the initial trial charge (for example, shipping or introductory pricing) is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Subscription Charges
After a trial period, your subscription converts to a paid recurring subscription at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.
Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.
7. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order or subscription, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
